All shipping charges are based on " Continental United States " delivery only.

PRICING: All prices shown on our Price list or on this site are subject to change without prior notice, either written or oral. All orders are invoices at the price in effect at the time of shipping. MX-PERFORMANCE.COM is not responsible for any incorrect printing of prices, part numbers, and/or product descriptions.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS: MX-PERFORMANCE.COM will accept for payment of goods purchased the following form,PAYPAL. We do not accept personal checks. NO EXCEPTIONS NO CODS

BACK ORDERS: We try to avoid back orders, but in the event of a back order, we will take your order and will ship the backordered item when it becomes available.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders are shipped prepaid only, and cannot be returned or canceled.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: All orders are shipped through UPS by way of Ground service. Also available are UPS Next Day, Two Day, and Three Day services and only upon request and at an additional cost. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. MX-PERFORMANCE.COM is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
At this time, MX-PERFORMANCE.COM ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, MX-PERFORMANCE.COM ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of standard item orders must be receive prior to shipping. Special ordered items are payable in advance and cannot be canceled for any reason.
NO RETURNS / REFUNDS ON CDI / REV BOX'S
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CLAIMS: Any and All requests for return goods purchased from MX-PERFORMANCE.COM MUST be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. Prior to return to MX-PERFORMANCE.COM, you must obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number (RMA) from MX-PERFORMANCE.COM.

Returned goods must be in new and UNUSED condition and in original packaging.

If the merchandise has been installed on the motorcycle, then you own it and no returns/refunds are possible or will be accepted.

Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from MX-PERFORMANCE.COM. If any In the event of shipping or packing errors made by MX-PERFORMANCE.COM, MX-PERFORMANCE.COM will only reimburse the buyer for the actual UPS Ground or USPS 1st Class shipping expense. MX-PERFORMANCE.COM will not issue call tags. All approved returns are subject to a 10% restock charge plus cost of original , first time shipping unless the products are determined to be defective at time of receipt. MX-PERFORMANCE.COM offers NO CASH REFUNDS. Refunds will come in the form of credits to future purchases from MX-PERFORMANCE.COM.

WARRANTY: All items Sold by MX-PERFORMANCE.COM are intended for off road use only and are not street legal, DOT or EPA approved. Any item sold by MX-PERFORMANCE.COM could void the motorcycle manufacture's warranty. MX-PERFORMANCE.COM warrants it's products to be free from manufacture defects at the time of delivery.

MX-PERFORMANCE.COM makes no other warranty claims.
Limited Warranty: All Items sold are on an as is basis. Warranties that apply may be limited manufacturer warranties.USER ASSUMES ALL RISKS & COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SHIPPING BACK TO A MANUFACTURER AFTER THE 10 DAY RETURN TERM.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: All items should be inspected thoroughly upon receipt by the customer. If and shipping damage is found, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by an invoice and bill of materials.

LIABILITY: The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from MX-PERFORMANCE.COM by the customer hereby shall release MX-PERFORMANCE.COM from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any changes, alterations and/or modifications to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury, accident or death, and may also render the motorcycle illegal for use on public. roads.
